David installed a Bruno outside chair lift on our Subaru 10 months ago and we have been really pleased with the ease we now have to transport my husband’s electric wheelchair. We have an older building and wanted to make our second floor wheelchair accessible. As a commercial space we need to follow ADA code and meet building/fire codes, which can get very complicated. After consulting with several other companies and contractors who told us they could not help us, David met with us and actually came up with multiple solutions.
My experience with Rollin’ Along was positive all along, starting with my phone call to them. The owner David answered the call, understood that I needed service for a stairlift installed at my home, and scheduled a visit. On the day of the visit, he tested the stairlift thoroughly and soon got it working fine. He even gave me additional tips for proper maintenance.

We’ve had a Rollin’ Along stair lift in our home for more than 10 years, and I thoroughly recommend it. We live on the top floor of a 3-unit building, and the unit would be completely inaccessible without it. The lift was already installed when we bought the building in 2014, and I thought about removing it since my family didn’t have any mobility issues.
David helped me troubleshoot the issue with our stair lift chair, over the phone, without any charge. He could easily have pushed for an in-person service call but didn’t. He was knowledgeable, interested, patient and helpful, even on the third time I called him. I really appreciate this excellent service and will absolutely call Rollin Along in the future!
