Service Exactly When You Need It

With our Ala Carte coverage, you’re never locked out of service, even if we didn’t install your equipment. Whether it’s a lift, ramp, or other accessibility product, we’re happy to come out and assess, repair, or maintain it. Just give us a call, and we’ll schedule a visit to make sure everything is working safely and correctly. Our goal is to help you stay independent and comfortable, no matter who originally did the install.

Yes. Rollin’ Along has extensive liability coverage.

For the duration of this warranty, [6 months on repairs and 1 or 2 years for new installs] we want you to have “no problem” with the work we did. During this period we will repair any damage, perform additional training, answer any question you may have with equipment we supplied. We do not cover damage resulting from auto accidents involving lifts installed on a vehicle.

We take care in all aspects of installation and carry all the required tools and supplies. Rollin’ Along will remove all packing material and recycles the cardboard, bubble wrap, air foam packing and wood.

We will train you after the installation to insure that you are comfortable with the operation of your new equipment. If you have any further operation questions, we will happily visit you or answer your questions over the phone.
